[ Call it about fifteen or twenty minutes before the door opens? ]

[She's juuuust finished folding up some clothes to move them into another room when she hears the door open - of course, she'd heard him coming long before that because she... was literally listening for him with Earphone Jack... but it's not until he's actually through the door that she greets him any.

Mostly by poking her head into the apartment's one, lonely little hall and calling out -]

I'll be there in a sec! Just finishing stuff up.

[... For some reason, her voice sounds more echoey than usual? But it's easy to shrug it off as a monster changes thing.
Because, y'know, it is.

But speaking of - someone's apparently forgotten she's uhhh kind of an angelic nightmare right now, because the way she finally walks out into the main room is far too casual for someone whose face is made of eyes.
Even if she's also fighting with her wings a bit to keep them tucked in enough to get through the apartment safely.]

You got here a lot faster than I expected... did you run all the way or something?

[ Huh! That's okay, Izuku won't judge. He's probably an extra green dryad right now, and while he thinks that looks neat he won't draw attention to it in case she's sensitive...

But he offers up a grin. ]

Kinda? I did pick up some sweets on the way though.

Sweets?

[The way she perks up is unmistakable - not just with her jacks lifting up off of her collarbone, but all of her eyes look a little brighter, too.

Although, after a moment, a blush creeps up across her face where her cheeks should be, and she rubs the back of her neck as she looks away.]

A-ah, I mean - you didn't have to go outta your way to do that, y'know...

... Should I grab some spoons or something?

[Yeah, no. Despite her embarrassment at her own reaction, she still sounds a little excited at the idea.
She HAS been sorta working to sort and clean her apartment this whole time, sweets would make a good way to cap it all off...]

Yeah! I mean, unless you know how to eat ice cream with your hands...I got some little cakes too.

[ They can TRY eating with their hands? It just seems maybe a bit messy. ]

[Luckily, her apartment's not TOO large... she can just send a jack into the kitchen to grab a few, something she does as she speaks.]

No, no - I've got spoons, we're not gonna make that kinda mess on my sofa.
I don't think I know how to get something like that off of upholstery...

[And even worse: the sofa's all black suede. That's a nightmare for weird, brightly colored stains.]

... It's nice of you to go all out like this, though. I mean, all I really needed was the company...
So, y'know. Thanks.

I'm sure Kacchan could tell us how but...he'd also probably yell at us, so it's best if we just don't make the mess.

[ Somehow it's weirdly hard to look away from Jiro right now...must be part of her change? ]

Yeah, no, I'd rather not ask Bakugo for tips on cleaning suede. I feel like he'd pop a blood vessel just 'cause I asked.

[And while those two certainly are close, she's not sure she wants to risk Midoriya's life for a clean couch cushion, either.
And if he's staring... she definitely doesn't seem to notice. Even despite the extra eyes...]

How 'bout you pick a spot, and I'll sit by you? I've got no particular spots I like, so I might as well let you get comfy first.

O-oh! Well, they all look pretty good to me. [ He was definitely just startled out of a puzzled stare, but he goes to take a seat on the leftmost side of the couch, before unbagging the ice cream and the little cakes...

They're cute. His taste is cute. Because there aren't any nerdy All Might options around, or they'd totally be having that. ]

[... Yeah, those are really cute. If she had eyebrows as a peri, they'd be raised - instead her eyes (all of them) simply widen a tad as she moves in to sit by him.
...
Well, no, it takes her a second to manage that. Mostly just due to her wings being fussy.

But then she manages to sit with him and get a closer look at those sweets, complete with lifting one of them and turning it to get a good look..]

Where'd you get these? That's totally the kinda thing the others would probably get...

[That's not a bad thing, according to her tone. If anything, she probably wants to know their source so she can use it to help combat her homesickness.
Maybe she shouldn't eat cakes and ice cream everytime she's a little down and lonely, but look. Can you blame her?]

O-oh! Well, they're at this bakery along the way that Kacchan and I went to once? They had this tie in promotion with a TV show I'm watching one time...

[ ...Also, no, he can't blame her. He's even enabling her! ]

[Somehow, despite having fewer facial features than she normally would, it's actually easier to see Jiro's amusement thanks to that answer of his - all four of the eyes on her cheeks lift into happy little crescents like they might if they had a big, goofy smile underneath them.
Because honestly. Honestly. That is the most Midoriya thing she's heard yet --
And it's only helping with making her feel a little less homesick. A little less lonely.]

You'll have to show me when we get the chance; this totally looks like the kinda thing Uraraka would've picked up.
Oh - here. [Her jacks hand him one of the spoons they're holding.] I guess it'd be kinda hard to dig in with me keeping your spoon hostage.

Oh! I don't mind taking you if you ever want. Kacchan really doesn't like sweet things anyway, so...

[ It's just Izuku. IZUKU LIKES SWEET THINGS. And he's also taking that spoon with a grin. ]

Yeah, I could dig that. I'll make sure to let you know next time I'm down and need a cute little cake to help with it.

[Still, all those eyes of hers are lifted in happy little crescents, making it clear she's feeling cheered up enough to goof around! Of course, Midoriya always being as peppy as he is definitely helping with that, too.
But finally, finally, she returns her sights to that little cake and finishes looking it over, getting a spoonful so she can finally get a taste --]

[- Only to stop just short of bopping herself in the face with her spoon where her mouth should be, as if she's realized something.
Because, well. She has. Something she probably should have thought about way, way earlier.
The spoon gets stuck into the side of her cake so she can free one of her hands, bringing it up to gently feel out her face.]

... I don't have a mouth.

[Jot this down as the exact moment Jiro's decided she hates being a peri and everything it stands for.]

[ ..................

Izuku didn't think of that either. She's his first Peri and he just - he wasn't thinking as he handed her the sweets and now he's looking absolutely heartbroken that he messed this up - ]
