[That's the most he's been focused on food he's seen all month. Katsuki lets his knee rest against Izuku's.]

[ He hasn't really cared much this month about food. Normally he just eats whatever Katsuki makes anyway - occasionally makes requests, but not too often?

He's a simple eater anyway. But he likes the warmth right now, even if it's a bad situation. ]

[Katsuki's glad he's in the hospital, warm and getting fed, with the prospect of getting his wounds treated or at least looked at in the future. It's a positive for him. He's content to stay here and eat in silence, keeping some of that contact up between them to keep the synchrony going.]

I'll make some katsudon dumplings later.

Really? You always say it's too much fat.

[ Because katsudon is like Izuku's only standard request. ]

Nothing is "bad" for you so long as you don't eat it all the damn time.

[Just gonna grunt at that. Cause no, he's not. Otherwise his actions would change.

Of course. [ It's an easy agreement. Eventually he'll get better at hiding it, if nothing else. But...he'll just get better, too.

[ Izuku's just kind of idly stirring the soup without eating now. ]

It probably will be.

It's gonna get cold if you keep stirring it.

[Won't shove it in his mouth though. Just a reminder.]

I think I might have eaten as much as I can stomach.

[ So some miso soup and maybe a quarter of the seconds. ]

[Nope, not gonna force him. Katsuki settles back against the couch, working on his second bowl.]

[ Izuku keeps kind of playing with his food until Katsuki's done. He still intends to keep his deal to see a doctor. ]

[He finishes soon enough and collects their bowls (probably finishes Izuku's remainders) and sets them off in the deposit to be cleaned.

Goes back to sit with him for a while to let things digest. They can go see Todoroki and Kirishima one more time, then do their own things.]

[ Izuku's pretty patient with it. Obligingly follows along and tries to keep quiet, doesn't want to give the doctors too much trouble. ]

[Katsuki gets his arm looked at while Izuku gets his shoulder checked up. And whatever other injuries he's got going on with him (like malnutrition or overstressed or frostbite, who knows). But Katsuki's staying in the same room, mostly watching Izuku and glad he's finally getting looked at.]

[ Malnutrition...yes. Izuku wasn't exactly eating bread on the run, here or there. Stress. No frostbite yet, but he definitely does get his shoulder rechecked, and his other injuries.

He lets them check everything without complaint though. ]

[Maybe some saline injection if he's dehydrated or some nutrients to get put into him? However medical things work to help with that kind of thing. Probably a concerned talking to by the doctor, but Katsuki kind of scoffs at that from across the room. Izuku doesn't even listen to the doctors from home.

His own injuries are mostly related to the sniper shootout the other day, the burns on his body and a bullet wound in his leg, but asides from that, Katsuki's recovering well.]
