Though knowing her she would give you specific origins of the type you're drinking and a laundry list of its health benefits. And probably some snack to have with it to enhance the flavor. She's quite something, really.
I am not particularly equipped to run a formal classroom setting, but it might be nice to gather those of us that are present a few times a week in lieu of it, don't you think?
