Need to find out which machines we're gonna be using...

[There's a 4 stepper game with two cabinets and stands.

And then there are two 8 stepper games with dual cabinet/stand combos.

Each with different music.]

Nothing slow. Those try to trick you up.

Well, if that's the case you usually pick the fastest songs?

Yeah. There's less opportunity for the game to throw some random arrow at you offbeat.

[Two-person team. They're going into this together.]

I'll try to keep up! I normally just pick songs I like.

They have the theme song for that Gem Guards show.

Yeah, I've played that one a lot since we heard it.

[Can't say he's done a number of PoP-Rockers though... Katsuki frowns in thought.]

Most anything by Out with a Bang I know.

Oh, I know some by them. They're in a few of my cartoons!

They did a few themes songs and background tracks.

[Katsuki knows most of them from music browsing or action movies, with the occasional cartoon thrown in there for nostalgic purposes.]

They did the outro for one of the ones I watch regularly...huh, that team right now is pretty good.

[Katsuki's been watching the other teams like a hawks since they got over here. There seem to be some pretty good partners... No one's signing up who only *think* they're good.]

We're gonna murder a buncha extras today.

I kinda feel like that's your favorite date activity.

[ Murdering extras. ]

It's one of them.

[He has a few favorites. One of them is staying in and not bothering with people at all.]

You get around to trash talking when you're riled up enough.

I don't think I'm gonna get that angry about a video game?

[ At most he'll compliment their rivals. ]

[Because yeah, Izuku wouldn't get angry over something like this.]

Tsk, this machine doesn't have the song I'm best at.

[The three DDR-style games only share a scant handful of the same songs. That can cross them up.]
