[ Izuku nods, then shakes his head, then...clarifies. ]

While some do, I think when it comes to "lots"...there's a lot of people here older than us. I'm pretty sure All Might in his prime would be able to go toe to toe with a lot of people we can't handle - same with Endeavor. Seventeen actually seems to be on the young side for the demographics here. Granted, there are a lot of places with more complex power systems as well, but I don't think outclassed is really the right term? Or at least...I think it's just the same kinda proof we got every time we went up against someone too much for us. It just means we have to get stronger. Even that limit that might exist back home has been raised here. Not everyone bothers to learn the ins and outs of gem magic, after all, because they rely so heavily on their own powers...

[ He's talking too fast again. ]

[Katsuki's quiet for a while, the rambling bringing some of the old annoying comfort back as he listens. Yeah, some of what Izuku's saying is right. And there are others whose Quirks would seem like a cheat code right out of a video game. But the idea of being outclassed by his opponents in strength and skill... it bothers him a lot.]

I've been training with a woman who can cut "anything". First time we fought, she severed every nerve in my body from the neck down. Fifteen fucking minutes.

[Then there are people who have no problem throwing a fucking car across the road and that's just cause they're strong. No 'ability' about it. For someone who's grown up thinking his Quirk and power are the greatest thing the world's ever seen, it's... unnerving. Similar to seeing Todoroki's power for the first time and realizing, Katsuki Bakugou wasn't the pinnacle of the fucking world.]

I think there's a gap between different worlds. Some people can do things we only saw in the comics back home. [Little kids dreaming up powers that outclassed anything a normal Quirk could do.] It's weird... I wanna fucking crush them all.

[ Yeah, that tracks. ]

Power isn't everything, Kacchan. That just means you have to get creative, doesn't it?

[ After all...there's something to be said for a solid strategy. ]

Power doesn't just mean strength. Power can be the whole package. But I don't intend to stop learning.

If we're "outclassed" in one way, it just means we need to come up with new ways to combat that.

[There are things he has doubts on, but as Izuku said, if they can't fight it one way, they have to learn another. They could never take on All Might's full strength, but they still managed to stall and win.]

[ The sarcasm gets an aggravated huff of air, but Izuku shuts up for the time being. He assumes this is some sort of dumb Katsuki issue where he has to have the last word even if it means rephrasing whatever Izuku just said.

[Katsuki smirks at his huff. Victory. Even if shit one. Something he only bothers doing with people he kinda sorta gets along with without saying it. The hospital's already in front of them, so at least that's happening.]

You don't have to stay the night if you don't want.

although if Katsuki's banned him from home... ]
